Ingredients (Mushrooms)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 16 oz small mushrooms, halved
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
Method
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 10 min
(Serves 3)
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms along with the salt and pepper. Toss and place the mushrooms in a single layer.
- Cook for four minutes, without touching. Then, reduce heat to medium-low and add butter, garlic, and chilli flakes. Cook for 3-4 more minutes until the garlic smell permeates your kitchen.
- Serve and enjoy!
