Ingredients (Berry Cobbler)
Berry Layer
- 4 cups mixed berries (however you want to do it!)
- 1/8 -1/4 cup granulated sugar (depending on sweetness of berries)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Cobbler Layer
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter, cubed and cold
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Optional: coarse sugar.

Cook Time: 45 min
(Serves 6)
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Then, cut the butter into the mixture until it resembles a coarse crumble. While slowly mixing, add in the buttermilk. Mix until combined. Take handfuls of dough and flatten it out over a 9 in pie dish.
- Mix the remaining ingredients with the berries, and then add to the top of the cobbler layer. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 min before serving!
