This is a great recipe for anyone who loves apple pie but doesn’t have the time of patience to make one. The filling is very reminiscent of home baked apple pie without the fuss of making the crust. Also, having less of a crust decreases the amounts of cars consumes (if you’re watching your carb intake, that it is!). Extremely easy recipe and fool proof even for inexperienced cooks.
