Ingredients (Mini-Burgers)

  • 9 oz ground beef
  • 1 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli powder and/or cilantro (optional)

Method

Prep Time: 30-35 min

Cook Time: 15 min

(Serves 6)

  1. Combine all the ingredients with your hands, only until combined.
  2. Form the mixture into balls and chill for 3o minutes.
  3. Fry the burgers over medium-low heat until the meat is thoroughly cooked or until your liking.
