Pasta with ground beef is my ultimate comfort food. It cooks really fast and is perfect when you want the satisfaction of a home cooked meal, but don’t have too much time to do it or time to shop for fancy ingredients.  In this dish,  you will create Penne pasta smothered in a hearty tomato-based, ground beef sauce flavored with just the right amount of mushrooms. I know you’ll savor every mouthful!
