If you’re like me, then you absolutely hate Sundays because they can be dreary and tiresome, especially since school starts the next day. To alleviate some of my internal pain, I like to make myself a personal berry trifle. This is a great breakfast or snack that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare!

 

Ingredients (Personal Berry Trifle)

  • Biscuits (any kind are fine)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • Mixture of your favourite berries (:

Method

Prep Time: 15 min

(Serves 1)

  1. Lightly crush biscuits until there is a mixture of large and small chunks.
  2. Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Get your desired berry mixture ready on hand for assembly.
  4. Take a medium sized cup and begin assembly by placing a layer of crushed biscuits. Then spread a layer of whipped cream and finally the berries on top. You may repeat the assembly process as many times as you wish depending on the desired number of layers.
