What goes with a burger or a fried chicken sandwich? The answer is simple: fries!

Personally, I love munching on those sinful, salty delicacies, but I tend to get bored of the same plain potatoes. Don’t get me wrong, I will always have my juicy burger with a side of hot fries, but if I want something different and innovative I combine  the classic American fries with some Indian flare and make myself some Masala fries!

Masala fries are what I consider a comfort food that can be eaten anytime of the day whether they are served as an appetizer for dinner or a midnight snack. The plain potatoes covered in a spicy and tangy sauce truly embody a combination of two distinct cuisines and cultures. Even without a burger, they are a nice break from studying for that algebra or geometry test!
